Is this the part where you open up your wallet and start pouring heaps of cash into Best Fiends Forever? You could, but there’s a better solution: start over. As such, it takes longer and longer to push ahead, and the game feels much slower as a result.
Granted, the back-and-forth never ends: you might feel more powerful through the next few areas, but then the slugs get stronger and stronger.

Better yet, all of those coins you snag can be used to upgrade their power and abilities, as well as the strength of your own taps, allowing you to smash through them with ease. Tired of slower progress? Hit the portal and start over with some accumulated boosts.Įach new area brings tougher slugs and boss showdowns, but you’ll also rescue new allies and expand your army of adorable beasts. As cartoonish slugs pop into view, you’ll smack them around a bit until they disappear and then reap the coins that spill out… and then repeat that action across hundreds of areas, slaying thousands of slugs. You’ll start each game with a single, colorful creature and your very own fingers. But is that simple fun just a gateway to spending big? The pitchĮven after hours spent playing the game, it still feels like I’m actually doing very little in Best Fiends Forever-and yet there’s a constant sense of progression and accomplishment. This is compulsive gaming packaged with serious polish, and I can’t stop checking in to see how the battle is progressing. Runeblade is pretty fun and Cosmos Rings is the best thing I’ve played on a smartwatch, but here comes Best Fiends Forever to convince me that a clicker on your phone can actually be pretty sweet. I thought that clickers made the most sense on Apple Watch, where you could play for a minute and do nothing more than tap a tiny display. I think it works great.I don’t actually know why we’re pummeling these slugs, but it sure is amusing.
If the next best option, fiend boost is what I have to pick, I still use coin storm, but only use fireballs with it.Įdit: I don't know what problems people are having with that spreadsheet. You get to do this about every 4-5 minutes. I like to use the coin boots (150%, 200%, 250%) and then use the coin storm and any of the other activated abilities I have available to generate some coins. What I have noticed, if you choose the instant coins option, the next drone will come a little sooner than any of the other options.
#Best fiends forever coins Offline#
World boosts, All Damage x2 (Lasts for this World) and All Coins x2 (Last for this World) apply to offline coin generation.ĭrone boosts will give you: Instant Coins, Coin generation boosts, Fiend Damage boosts, Slap Damage boosts, and Bombs If selling the mighty spring gives you 2 levels of slug hammer, that's far more valuable. Also, when ever a drone gives me options for bombs, I watch an ad to make it 2 bombs. Then go through a portal and do it again to stock up on bombs. Something I think is good to do, is start a new world and speed through as many bosses as possible and hope for chests that give bombs. Every 4 bombs you have can get you past another boss, and it results in a lot of extra boom stones. Having lot's of bombs is very useful for the end of a world. I personally think mighty spring is not worth having. You're saying Karma, Bo, Newt are at 200? You said all other souvenirs are maxed, you didn't say the fiends are. What drone boost are you talking about for gene's hat?I thought coin storm is only worth it if you are blitzing through levels. So you think the boomstones from mighty spring is worth it for the maybe 2 extra levels in slug hammer?Īnd just to confirm your grammar: Do the world boosts apply to offline or not? Will I get 6 billion rainbow coins and not 3 billion like I mentioned?
I never bothered with that spreadsheet because half the time people said it didn't work, and I also feel that due to how much of a wall this is, I need a 100 or 200 level of any fiend to get somewhere. As I said all other fiends not mentioned are maxed.
